You... like dancing (and if you know what it means to Lindy, you’re PERFECT), movies, books, Star Wars, Star Trek, comics, music, talking, laughing, skipping (yes, I’ve been known to skip), think Cloud Atlas was brilliant, agree with the opinion that Citizen Kane is a brilliant movie while simultaneously agreeing it’s a little boring, thinks Blade Runner was just fine without a sequel, but ended up fairly happy with the sequel anyway (but also agree Leto, after Fight Club, has been highly overrated and was an AWFUL Joker), think not only outside the boxes, but circuses and triangles, too, think David Lynch is an unappreciated genius, dig Twin Peaks and thinks it was some of the best writing television ever saw), know the significance when I order my coffee “black as midnight on a moonless night,” agree Bowie was at least AS influential as the Beatles but quite probably more so, know who Brian Eno is, know who Alan Wilder is, are a fan (or super fan) of Depeche Mode, know who New Order is, know who JOY DIVISION is, agree Peter Murphy not only has a great voice but a ridiculous range, you can tell me what KMFDM actually stands for, love Harry Potter books AND movies (no elitists here), love books in general, love dancing (yes I know I said it twice), enjoy riding horses (I prefer English but will do either), take risks, live life fully and wildly, believe in MORE THAN WE, imagine often, love deeply, know WHY the Oxford comma exists even if ya don’t like it, can name Benny Goodman’s drummer, aren’t afraid to laugh, aren’t afraid to cry, likes classical music, dig Jesus, think the ballet or symphony would be a good way to spend an evening, think a ballgame would be a good way to spend an evening, think hiking would be a good way to spend an afternoon, think the TENTH DOCTOR is the best, but also think NINTH was the most powerful performance, love the 80’s in all of its gaudy glory (music, movies, fashion, etc), think God is cool, think bookstores would be a good way to spend any time of day, like to learn new things, like reading fantasy, sci-fi, horror, romance, or all of the above (I write in those genres), aren’t afraid to be honest, are still breathing. |
